Keep a face still while the background moves.

Upload a shaky handheld video and get back one where the chosen face stays put while the background moves around it. Pick which face to lock onto (and the exact frame it should hold), then the tool tracks it — even through occlusion or two people crossing paths — and warps every frame with a similarity transform solved from stable facial landmarks. Auto-computed crop zoom avoids black margins, a smoothing slider trades full lock for natural head motion, and a 2-pass analyze/render pipeline flags cut transitions and tracking failures before you commit to the final H.264 MP4 render. Face detection, tracking and encoding all run locally via WebCodecs and MediaPipe — nothing is uploaded.
