Stereo channels share one gain to preserve balance. Linear fades are applied before normalization. Preview and download use the same 16-bit PCM WAV at the decoded sample rate.

Limits: 25 MiB per file, 3 minutes, mono or stereo, and 48 MiB of decoded PCM. Browser decoding uses the complete file and may need additional temporary memory.

Allow hard clipping

Clipping is blocked by default. Allowing it clamps samples to the WAV range and can introduce distortion. Fade durations cannot overlap. Normalization gain is limited to +60 dB.
